The Harvest marks the end of summer and grape picking is the highlight – the starting point for production of one of the most appreciated nectars in the world, Port wine!
After picking the grapes, the winemaking process follows the traditional method of treading the grapes in granite tanks called ‘lagares’.
Enter the spirit of Harvest labour which has continued for generations, by joining in the grape treading experience in the lagares, one of the most authentic and important parts of the Port winemaking process.
The following Experiences are only available during the harvest season and are subject to availability of the vineyard’s grapes.
