From July to September<\/strong>, The Vintage House invites you to relish the warm summer evenings, with dinners prepared for you in the Hotel\u2019s gardens. On the last Thursday of every month<\/strong>, at 19:30<\/b>, an outdoor barbecue<\/b> will be served with typical Douro cuisine<\/b> in a live. These relaxing summer dinners will benefit hotel guests and visitors alike, looking to celebrate the season with flavour and authenticity<\/b>.<\/p>\n

The cuisine at The Vintage House is led by Chef Milton Ferreira, born in Lisbon and raised in the Douro region. His cooking combines inspiration from his local roots with influences from prestigious kitchens in Spain, Canada, Brazil, Hong Kong, and Portugal, creating dishes that evoke unique sensory memories and capture the essence of the Douro region.<\/p>

From a very young age, Chef Milton Ferreira was inspired by his father\u2019s passion for cooking, which led him to study and turn his curiosity into a career. Today, traditional flavours and the finest local ingredients guide each of his creations, offering visitors a gastronomic experience that celebrates the Douro and its traditions, combined with innovation.<\/p>

The sunny outdoor terrace bestows beautiful views of the surrounding vineyard terraces, making it one of the most sought-after spaces in the Hotel.<\/p>\n
