This summer, the Douro will be serving a unique gastronomic experience.
On 25th July, Chef Milton Ferreira, Chef at The Vintage House, will be joined by a very special guest: Chef Ricardo Costa of The Yeatman Hotel.
This four-course dinner will celebrate friendship, sharing and a passion for cooking, with roots in Portuguese tradition and a touch of modernity.
Together, the two chefs will be preparing a carefully thought-out menu based on fresh summer flavours, where the sea and the countryside are in harmony. Dinner will be served outdoors on the terrace of The Vintage House.
The evening will begin, at 19:30, with a welcome cocktail, followed by a relaxed, elegant and flavourful dinner. For our younger participants, there will also be a children’s menu.
Live music and the scenic river backdrop will create the perfect atmosphere for an unforgettable evening, to share with friends, as a couple or as a family.
